Chuck Episode 2

Just finished another episode of Chuck and this one seemed less strong.  It was a little too cute for my liking in some places while still strong in others.   I’ve realized that I really like the guy who plays Chuck, maybe because he seems to be seriously channeling Jim Halpert, so that’s a good thing.  Adam Baldwin is awesome.  The actress who plays Sarah (though that’s not her real name) seems to be good but I found the character choices odd in this episode.

Why would Chuck trust her, other than the fact that she’s attractive and nicer than Baldwin’s character?  So she doesn’t get to be pissed when Baldwin (I’ll try to get his character name for next episode) makes rational points and gets Chuck to believe that she’s the bad seed.  Also I hope this is the last episode that sends roving packs of teenage boys into the wiener place it was a bad joke the one time and they already did it twice.

Pilot episode:

Interesting show, certainly doesn’t take itself too seriously, but definitely entertaining.  It attempts to speak to the geek in me and seems to be doing a fairly good job so far.  Anyway episode two is on right now so I’ve got to go.

Wife says: "It’s OK and I'mwilling to keep watching…" Which is more than she said about about the Tutors and Dexter.
