What a terrific season finale this was! They managed to raise the tension in the show while still keeping the humor at an all time high. Big Mike not noticing that his entire store was empty, until he attempted to pull out his keyboard, was a wonderful moment. It also was perfectly within his character to have a sailfish mounted on his wall that he did not catch!
Is it better for Chuck to be the intersect from a government run jail or dead? I’m guessing the former. I’m thinking that Casey has finally warmed up to Chuck as much as the rest of us have by this point which is good news. That means he most likely won’t kill Chuck when the eventual order comes from the powers that be.
Sarah fighting the delivery girl made for some great television, it’s great that the female characters on this show can kick some serious ass.
Chuck was renewed for a third season a few days ago which means I get to continue discussing the episodes here on the blog! Of course it doesn’t actually come back till March 2010 so I don’t think I’ll need to be in much of a rush to pick up with discussing the second season episodes. Please stay tuned though for all other blog posts between now and then!
