I've finally been convinced that it is time I attempted to get on board with True Blood. Actually I've realized that there isn't much else for me to watch so I'm giving this show a shot. But the hype on this show is so intense that I feel I can only be let down.
In watching the menu screen on a repeated loop over and over again (the wife is on the phone so I'm in a holding pattern here) I've got to say that the show seems a bit pretentious.
Ok she's finally off the phone, hopefully I like this cult favorite/hipster hit. In any event I'll post thoughts eventually.
