Lost: Update

I was driving home day dreaming about Lost when a simple yet unsaid thought popped into my head. Richard Alpert came to the island via the Black Rock. He was building a ship in a bottle in the episode before the finale and he didn't seem to be on the island when Jacob and Bizzaro Locke were talking so I think it fits. Also Jacob seemed very interested in the Black Rock, almost like he was expecting something or someone. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it!
